It's Killing Me (Loving You)
Sticks and stones are breaking bones, but words hurt too. Can't you see it's killing me, that thing you do? Thinking about the falling phase just gets me through. I'd like to say, "I'm on my way, but it's too long now, and I'm too far gone to say..."
Loving you is killing me, and killing me is love to you. You break my heart; it's yours I give to you. What can I say, and what else can I do?
All spent up and swollen tongued with worn out souls. Suffering ain't much fun you see, but it's comfortable. Predicted days and matinees and mixed-up roles. Misery loves company, and that's all I have and all I want but still...
